From your dashboard, tap Prepare a reading. Each part of the reading waits as a dotted invitation: a video, audio, photos, a write up. Tap the ones your reading calls for and they open in place, and you can drag them into the order your client will read them. It saves as you type, so leaving the page does not lose it. Preview it, customize your link, and publish when you're ready.

When you publish a reading, you get a unique link. Share it with your client via DM, text, or email. They tap the link and see a beautiful, branded page with your reading. No login required.

YouTube and Vimeo links are fully supported with thumbnails and embedded playback. You can also link to videos or audio on Google Drive, Dropbox, or SoundCloud.

Readings, Clients and Offers each used to offer a step-by-step version alongside the normal one. They have gone. The builder already did everything the step-by-step version did, and a few things it could not, so all the choice added was a decision to make before you could start. Nothing is lost: the offer editor still asks in four steps you can move between freely, and everything saves as you go.

Yes. Go to Your Brand to choose colors, fonts, upload your logo, and add a tagline. Everything updates in real-time so you can see exactly what your clients will see.

On the Growth plan ($22/month), yes, and it is your choice rather than something that happens to you. Hover the 'Sent via Wren Sent' line while you prepare a reading or build your page, click the x, and it comes off your reading pages and your page together. You can put it back any time in Settings. Below Growth it stays, as a small, quiet link.

On Growth, go to Offers. '+ New offer' opens the editor: four steps, Card, Details, Booking form and Confirmation, which you can move between in any order, saving as you go, with a live preview of what a client will see beside them. Saving publishes the offer. 'Save as draft' keeps it to yourself instead, and a draft is not on your page and cannot be booked. Publish it when you are ready.

Four ways. Fixed price, the same for everyone. Tiers, where one offer carries several prices, each with its own name, and the client picks one when they book. Donation based, which names no price and says 'pay what you can': your payment link still shows, and you write down what arrives when it arrives. Or free, where nothing is expected and no link shows at all.

A client books from your Mini Website without making an account. It lands in your reading queue with a due date already on it, worked out from the turnaround you promised on the offer. An offer with no turnaround is due the same day. You also get an email with everything they told you: what they booked, the price, the turnaround, their question, their birth details, and their answers to any questions of your own. That email arrives whatever your notification setting says, because a booking is work arriving.

On Growth, the Reviews page has a link to share. Anyone you send it to can leave a star rating and a few words without making an account. A new review arrives hidden. It appears on your page only once you switch it to 'On your page', so nothing is published without you seeing it first.

Yes, with a Wren Sent CSV template. Clients, reading history, and offers import separately so a historic payment stays attached to the reading that earned it. Copy only the information you want to keep from Etsy, Shopify, Square, Squarespace, or a spreadsheet into the matching template. Client imports skip repeated people; reading imports can create a missing client; and imported offers stay closed drafts until you review and explicitly publish them. An email address is contact information, not permission to send marketing email.

Yes. Clients can export contact information as CSV, and Readings can export reading history as CSV. Account brings those exports together. Your data in Account downloads a ZIP with your full account export and Wren Sent-hosted media. Exported contact information is not permission to send marketing email.

Practice settings, written once and true of everything you offer. There are four: Payment, Getting a reply, If something is wrong, and Please note. They are always the last section of your Mini Website, and that section stays empty until you fill them in. Wren Sent does not supply wording for 'Please note'. What you may and must say differs by where you are, so those are your words.

Every date here is worked out from a time zone, and Wren Sent picks yours up from your browser the first time you sign in rather than asking you for it. If it guessed wrong, or you have since moved, change it in Practice settings under Your clock. It is what decides when a due date is today, when a reading counts as sent yesterday, and when your month starts over.

Yes. Open the reading in your Readings list and change its dates under 'Your details for it'. Booked is the day the work came in, Sent is the day it went out, and Paid on appears once it is marked paid. Correcting them puts the reading where it belongs in your list, in your client's history, and in the month it earned. A reading cannot be sent before it was booked, and none of the three can be a day that has not happened yet.

Every new account begins with 30 days of Growth access, with no card required. It begins when you create the account, not when you confirm your email. When it ends, your account stays on Free. You can choose Emerging when delivery and client history are the right fit, or Growth when you want a Mini Website, offers, bookings and reviews. Nothing you made is deleted: your Mini Website and reviews are hidden until Growth returns; your logo and custom colours stay in place but cannot be edited; your other paid-plan records remain yours to read.

Go to Account, under Plan and billing, to move up or down. Switching plans takes effect right away; cancelling keeps your access until the end of the billing period. Your data is always preserved: anything a plan does not include is hidden, not deleted.

Go to Account and tap 'Manage subscription'. You can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your billing period, and your data is preserved.

Account, then Invite a reader, gives you a link. Every new account receives 30 days of Growth access. If someone joins through your link and later chooses a paid plan, their second paid month is free and a free month lands on your account too.

Yes. Nothing is collected from your client when they open a reading: no login, no tracking, no cookies. Only people with the link can view it. If you keep a client list, the details you save there are yours alone, never shown on a reading page, and you can delete them at any time.

Yes. Go to Account, scroll to the bottom, and tap 'Delete my account'. This permanently removes all your data and readings. This cannot be undone.

On Emerging and above, keep a list of clients with contact info (platform, handle, notes) and see the full reading history for each. Link readings to clients as you prepare them, and the names already on your readings can become clients in one tap.

On Emerging and above, a reading shows Opened once your client has seen it, and your dashboard lists the ones nobody has opened yet. The first client open appears in your in-app notifications. An email can arrive too, once per reading per 24 hours, unless you switch it off in Account settings. Your own views do not count.

On Emerging and above, templates save the format combinations you use often. For example, 'Video + written note' or 'Full spread with audio'. When preparing a reading, pick a template to set up the form, and put the sections in whatever order suits the reading.

On Growth, you get a public page at your own address with your offers, a booking form, and reviews from your clients. Clients book there without an account, and each booking lands in your queue.
