Getting started

How do I create a reading?+

From your dashboard, tap New Reading. Add your video link, audio link, photos, or a personal note — whatever your reading includes. Preview it, customize your link, and publish when you're ready.

How do my clients view their reading?+

When you publish a reading, you get a unique link. Share it with your client via DM, text, or email. They tap the link and see a beautiful, branded page with your reading — no login required.

What video and audio platforms are supported?+

YouTube and Vimeo links are fully supported with thumbnails and embedded playback. You can also link to videos or audio on Google Drive, Dropbox, or SoundCloud.

Customization

Can I customize how my readings look?+

Yes. Go to Your Brand to choose colours, fonts, upload your logo, and add a tagline. Everything updates in real-time so you can see exactly what your clients will see.

Can I remove the Wren Sent branding?+

Studio plan ($22/month) removes the 'Sent via Wren Sent' footer from all your reading pages. On Free and Pro, it stays as a small, subtle link.

Pricing & billing

What are the pricing plans?+

Free: 3 readings/month with 30-day link expiry. Pro ($8/month): Unlimited readings, full brand customization, delivery history, links never expire. Studio ($22/month): Everything in Pro, plus client CRM, link open notifications, delivery templates, and branding removal.

How do I upgrade or downgrade?+

Go to Account to upgrade to Pro or Studio. To downgrade, tap 'Manage subscription' — changes take effect at the end of your billing period. Your data is always preserved.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Go to Account and tap 'Manage subscription'. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of your billing period, and your data is preserved.

Privacy & security

Is my client's information private?+

Absolutely. We collect zero personal information from reading recipients. No login, no tracking, no cookies on reading pages. Only people with the link can view a reading.

Can I delete my account?+

Yes. Go to Account, scroll to the bottom, and tap 'Delete my account'. This permanently removes all your data and readings. This cannot be undone.

Studio features

What is the client list?+

Studio users can keep a list of clients with contact info (platform, handle, notes) and see the full reading history for each client. You can also link readings to clients when creating them.

How do link open notifications work?+

When a client opens their reading, you receive an email notification. Notifications are debounced to once per reading per 24 hours. You can toggle them in Account settings.

What are delivery templates?+

Templates let you save format combinations you use often — for example, 'Video + written note' or 'Full spread with audio'. When creating a new reading, pick a template to pre-configure the form.
