Wren Sent is a reading delivery platform. We take privacy seriously — especially because the readings delivered through our platform are personal and often sensitive. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What We Collect

From readers (account holders):

• Email address (for login and account communication)
• Display name, tagline, and logo (for branding your readings)
• Social links and contact info you choose to share
• Theme preferences (colors, fonts)
• Reading content you upload (video links, audio links, images, notes)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your full card number)

From reading recipients (clients):

• We collect no personal information from reading recipients
• No login required to view a reading
• No cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics on reading pages
• Client names shown on readings are optional labels set by the reader

How We Use Your Data

• To provide the service (hosting and delivering your readings)
• To send you account-related emails (login links, subscription updates)
• To improve the product (aggregated, anonymized usage data only)

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your reading content to train AI models.

Where Your Data Lives

• Account data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL, encrypted at rest)
• Media files are stored in secure cloud storage with signed URLs
• Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
• The app is hosted on Railway (US-based infrastructure)

Your Rights

You can:

• Access all your data from your Account settings
• Update your information at any time
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data by contacting us

If you're in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to restrict processing and data portability. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Reading Privacy

Readings are accessible only via their unique link. Links are not indexed by search engines. Only people who have the link can view a reading. Readers can unpublish a reading at any time, which immediately disables the link.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.

Changes

We'll notify you of significant privacy policy changes via email. Minor clarifications may be made without notice.
