1. What Wren Sent Is

Wren Sent is a reading delivery platform that helps tarot readers, astrologers, and spiritual practitioners send pre-recorded readings to their clients through beautiful, branded links. We provide the delivery tool — we do not provide readings ourselves.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wren Sent. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You may not use another person's account without permission.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (videos, audio, images, notes). By using Wren Sent, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and deliver your content to the recipients you specify. We do not sell, share, or use your content for any other purpose.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Use the platform to harass, stalk, or harm another person
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Wren Sent offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your content will be deleted within 30 days.

7. Disclaimers

Wren Sent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content of readings delivered through our platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wren Sent's liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
